Its nice. Not having DCI kinda sucks though unless you can make it up on a ring or on armor which you can. Making it up on armor though is going to hurt your stat increases tho and their needed on a parry mage. I initially thought "Damn now I have to suck up to Virem to get this" but mathematically It doesnt make sense for me. Heres what I just pulled off though. You could do something similar to this with that Bracelet, the crystalline, town bonus and Hephaestus shield.
