You should be able strange...try to put it on a vendor if he cant must be a glitched or dupe item

I did.....From chessy to Atlantic and no change....

because its duped. they all were but there was a bug back in the day where you could sell them back to npc and they would become blessed. yours is not.

cause 1 spell inside he cant sell to npc ,for sell to npc need book 0 spell
