[Fishing] Where is the hardest place to fish?

I just got back into fishing and was wondering where the hardest/worse place to fish was?

Prism of Light (Crystal fish & Lantern fish) or Labyrinth (Bull Fish & Seeker Fish) I think

I have fished the Labyrinth several times without much issue... I built my fisherman with peace just to fish the bad spots! I guess tonight I may try Prism just for the heck of it
