Where is a: theif guildmaster?

I decided to finally make a character that uses poisoning skill. According to this ---> guide I'm supposed to buy the first 30 points or so from a Thief Guildmaster. Well... I can't find one. Does anyone know where I can go find one to help train me to begin my poisoning training?

They are just another NPC with the 'Thief Guildmaster' name. They are sometimes hard to find because they wander around a lot. Try New Haven, specifically around the edges of town. I seen him around the Necromancer's building, although I have seen him near the town's entrance. I have also seen one in Old Haven, to the North.
