General When healing with a bandage sometimes I cant use a special

This has been happening to me a lot, not sure if it is intended or not.
When I am hunting, sometimes while I am bandaging myself up it wont allow me to use Armor Ignore or whirlwind until the bandage timer ends..
I could have full mana and still not be able to use a special until the bandage process is done.
