What to Train Fresh Fire Beetle On

I have a fresh Fire Beetle that I’m going to start the Pet Training Process from 1 to 2. I usually use a Dread Pirate for other types of pets, but it seems to be more than a Fresh Fire Beetle can handle. What is the best way to train these Beetle?

Tame a 3 slot cu to tank Dread Pirate and have beetle attack while cu tanks.

I used Vitavi in the Cavern of the Discard to get my Fire Beetle up to 2
