I second that. I believe it's a duped glacial book.
As far as I'm aware, the original glacial book was much like my three books... they were given by a GM as an award for a contest. However, since the glacial book was duped, that might be why it's not blessed and lacks the original name.

Yes that's from the doggy dupe. You can get it blessed, but since that "feature" is a bug, I don't think I should say how.
