Technicially, if you had a 50 ssi bow, Daimo's helm (10 ssi), jewels with +5 SSI, Divine fury (10 SSI) you could get to 80 - but I believe there is a hard cap at 60. At least, all of the charts I've ever seen only go up to 60.

Some weaps you just can't get to 1.25.

yea berserkers maul has 75 but when they set hard cap to 60 they were gonna relabel the maul to 60 since your not getting 75 out of it.

um I have a bow with 50ssi on it and thats the highest i have seen on a bow so cap is atleast 50 thats on dryad bow now if you are talking crafted bow that may be different

Max SSI is 60%.

Max overall swing speed, be it from having a weapon that's naturally fast or from SSI or from both, is 1 swing per 1.25 seconds.
