what happened to Test City 3?

Hey I cant even see the choice for Ealand or Test city it just takes me to Ealand on my vista laptop, and on the pc with windows xp Test City 3 just drops.....whats up anyone knows? I know the Ealand is down but whats going on with TC3? just curious.
