What do u have to do to make it to where u dont have to double click spam monsters

I have select nearest mobile and attack selected target but even with that the target always gets erased I have to douvle click the hell out of my mouse when im fighting Medusa and Stygian Dragon.. Im to young to die of Carpal Tunnel!

I use the Enhanced client and i have set it to always attack and i have the mouse wheel set up with scroll up to nearest hostile and scroll down to last hostile. No clicking involveld.
