for the current turn in? for example i know that brit takes the food and skins. But what are the towns that take the other stuff that was given durning the ophiadian invasion and now the moonglow invasion?

Plus if you donate to one place for example the rations....then you donate the orders does the points add up? or are they seperate? like for example donating leather then donating to Vesper.

the rat coin guy is also in brit, Lozat the Numismatist ..he is inside the the brit bank to the east..
there is a guy on the first floor of the building in zento.. name is Makiko the sameria ( where you turn in the treasures of tokuno) takes the journals and ophidian orders..
whatever you turn in, just gives you point tickets that are all handed into the same place in the guard tower chest..so yes, all the points add up together.
