Weird log in problem

So my good pc recently was fried, and i hooked up an older pc of mine and got UO all set up, when i log in i immediately get disconnected. The thing is i can actually log in and choose a shard, but right when i click on a shard i get disconnected please help. I have already done the normal stuff like check antivirus and firewall, as well as re install 3 times to no avail.
