[Ships] Weathered paint??

I have a couple of questions about the weathered paint that they have for sale over at the UO store..
1. Is it permanent
2. If it is, will I be able to dry dock my ship and the color stays on.
3. Is there a place I can go and see the different colors for the weathered painted ships..
