Water Graphic is Black...

Just curious is anyone else's EC water where the ocean is at black? For some strange reason it will not show any color.

Now, not sure if it's my computer, (I've used the EC before and had 0 issues with this) or if this is something new that I'm not aware of (setting etc).

Help!

on one of my comps that has a old graphics card sometimes the ocean will be black on the other side of a server boundry is this what you are seeing? or near edge of the screen when zoomed out ?
