I personally watched one of my friends tickets go poof in front of us, and my own personal one is gone as well. this is a SERIOUS problem @Mesanna

so not a bug per se, but another thing that bit me on the @$$ a while ago to watch out for:

if you're buying a pet based on its stats/rating: watch out for people using tasty treats to give it a temporary bump.
my "3.5 dreadmare" is definitely not 3.5, and it didn't drop until after the week it spent in the stables to bond.
