Greetings fellow Originals,

Are your shoes worn thin from traveling from town to town? Is your voice hoarse and sore from speaking with citizens across Britannia? Have a knack for putting pen to paper and writing an excellent story? Then perhaps UO Stratics' Origin News Page is the place where you can not only show off your talent but also help bring the community together with interesting, exciting stories and news items about the Origin Shard and her citizens.

UO Stratics is currently looking for active, talented citizens of Origin to add to our crack team of top-notch Ultima Online reporters.

As a volunteer you are required to:

• Be a competent writer
• Be an active, knowledgeable member of the Origin community
• Be willing to attend events and quests, interview VIPs, report news of interest to the community
• Be able to dedicate a minimum of three hours per week to writing and/or posting news items
• Have a familiarity with basic HTML
• Be pro-active

5. Rate your HTML knowledge from 1-10, where 1 is poor and 10 is phenomenal

Tina, what I know about the Cookie Monster at Falseprophet's house in the PRT the Mystical City is ...

When the founders of the town were building and preparing to apply for consideration to become a town, Crystal built the Cookie Monster at False's Ginger & Ale house as it seemed fitting to represent his role within the city. (Falseprophet has somehow built up a reputation for being a cookie monster ... take a look at his sig.)

After the Mystical City was granted status as a PRT, when Mesanna arrived to build the Town Banner, she requested a tour of the town's homes. She spotted the Cookie Monster, and asked Falseprophet's permission to convert it to a 'herald'. Technically, it was not in the Mystical City's original town banner design, but became a part of the banner and the city due to Mesanna's perceptions of the town and her magical abilities.
