's Looking forward to seeing you all tonight ^.^ BriarVirtue Lottery Rules:
1: To participate players must pay BriarRose for tickets, then contact her through ICQ ( 603720595 ) with their number selection.
2: Tickets will cost 1 million per, and consist of 7 numbers ranging from 1 to 20 chosen by the player. Players may purchase up to 10 tickets.
3: Winners will redeem their prize from BriarRose immediately after the drawing. If for ANY REASON the prize is not claimed within 24 hours, the player forfeits their winnings.
4: Ticket costs are split 50/50 into increasing the main prize, and funding the auction. For example, if ticket sales are 20 million, and there is no winner for the week, 10 million goes to increase the main prize and 10 million goes to help pay for auction expenses.
5: Ticket drawing will be held each Monday night after the auction. Tickets may be purchased at any time prior to the start of that weeks auction, and up to 20 minutes after the auction has ended.
6: If for any reason, we gain proof, or suspect that a player may be cheating or attempting to cheat, that player will be banned from any future Virtue Vendors events.
