My brother and I share a tower and he's pretty paranoid about making it a public house. I'd like to set up a vendor, but I can't without making it a public house. So, I see these Vendor Rental contracts, which makes me wonder if you can place vendors at other people's houses. Is this true? If so, does anyone know of anybody renting vendor space?

Forgive my newbness, but it's been a while since I've dealt with vendors.
