Vendor Search - Recall to Abyss Houses

Is it accurate to think that as long as your account isn't banned from the house in question, you will NOT have to pass the house security checks (i.e., you won't have to be the owner, or a co owner or friend of the house) to use the Teleport to Vendor option to go to a house located anywhere outside the Abyss, since those houses are all going to be public houses? Is the owner/co-owner/friend requirement (and completing a quest to get in the Abyss) just a necessity because the house is in the Abyss?

Only the Abyss houses require the security checks due to the fact that those specific houses are located in an area that you normally cannot recall into. We had to implement these special conditions when we introduced the Abyss homes.
