Ok, my suggestion is maybe lower Hit mana leech/ life leech/ and damage a little and add the 5th property as stamina leech.

Just re-imbue some mods lower to add a 5th mod?

I'm not sure what template would use this to be honest so I don't know who would buy it! So 50k is prob too much.

Unravel it!

Sticking Stam leech on it would make it a usable samp wep but still not worth a huge amount.

Miphsar, i've spent so much for this scimitar that certainly i don't imbuing it another time!! Really, the cost of imbuing ingredients was too much.
If someone buy it at 50K it ok or i unravel it.
