Provocation/Peacemaking:
Having to be in Party Mode to benefit your friends is a big problem. In most cases people dont really fight in party mode anymore (ex: because you have to share loots, or people just dont care about the little extra bonus from you).

Proposal: the effect will benefit anybody nearby you. And x% of bonus damage will count towards the bard's credit.

Discordance:
Not really a complaint I guess, but the burst damage acts like direct damage right now, therefore making the mob re-target the bard every time. That causes style problem for the melee and for the bard, if you're trying not to let the mob move too much.

as it is right now if you put on one of the provo ones and a party mate flags on someone, so you do!

so by what you have down there you would also get credit towards the kill of someone, and murder count.

and the disco ones, ya need a bit of fun or youll get bored, dancing around to avoid getting hit and the mod repositioning adds to the fun!
