UOStratics Board Fixer: Please fix thread auto-refresh

Please fix the auto-refresh feature within a thread so that clicking on a post in the thread no longer initiates an auto-refresh of the entire thread, greying-out the remainder of the unread posts. It's quit frustrating when trying to follow a long thread that has numerous new posts.

On a like note, could you please fix your email links so that, when clicked on from the email, they take you to the post that generated the email, not to the most current post in the thread?
