Uo not working with uoassist?

I'm just now coming back to the game.

I'm having issues with uoassist it seems like.

Every time I use uoassist to play uo it fails to patch. If I start uo by itself (as admin...I use vista) it works just fine. It only fails to patch when I use uoassist. I have uninstalled and reinstalled uo, uoassist, tried moving them to different folders and the list goes on...I'm not sure what else to do except maybe play another game :<
