We have discovered another issue with the backup process on Europa . We are restarting Europa now and it should return by 12:15 pm ET at the latest. Thank you for the patience while we fix this issue.

Can you explain why there was a revert of about an hour after this server down?

We were told to get to a safe place, then you said a backup was being done, did this backup fail?

europa down at 04.15..no messages.... just went down....crazy....server refresh is supossed to be 05.00...still not sorted

only hung around on europa early hours to see if it was fixed...alas... no is the answer...

this bugged my placement account for 5 days....... not happy... plz sort this out... i lost 5 days lost from a 30 day code..,,,twice! in a month !! ...not good..like halfing gametime code.....not good at all......house warehouse not happy with europa????

I dont know already, in last time, game on EUROPA simply horror......... second week ....

Just compensation, because we have a problem with the server for 2 weeks, and every day the server is down for 5-6 hours, for 2 weeks it turns out 82 hours

Losing the game time is another problem, another - rollback everyday for 1-2 hours. And the last days he spent several days almost off

@Mesanna ... simply not good enough. An explanation, and update, and apology and some recompense to your paying customers is in order. Not this wall of silence. Its disgraceful.
