Unplayable Lag..!!

This is getting rediculous. For the last 2 days the lag has been so bad i'm resorted to staying in Tram or not playing at all... Pvp is out of the question when I can move two steps and freeze! It's not only me, tho I thought it might of been, i've reset my modem, rebooted a ton of times. Several others in my guild are getting the same thing. Not that it matters but this is on every shard I go too, but mainly Chessy!
Anyone else expierencing this issue?
