I can see North Safe Haven is there too. I would like to hear the citizens up there if they want to be a part of Safe Haven too. It have been hard to say where the limit of the City was north, but the water would be a perfect limit and easier to understand.

Fantastic work! I wish you'd been doing this when the old player towns still stood! I have most of Wintermoor somewhere, but it's not nearly as good as this!
