They are rune books, not "ruin" books - but I've got an extra Trammel THB-system set that are reasonably accurate, that were the THB house's original book set before I replaced them.
PM me if you're interested in them.
The THB house has full THB-system and Goodman-system books (though the fel THB maps and the Goodman maps haven't been updated in at least 6 years) locked down and set for public use, at the Compassion Desert Crossroads in Trammel - feel free to copy them or just use them.

There is a set of Treasure Hunter Rune Books at the L.O.S.T. Auction house located inside Luna walls close to the east gate. They are set up on the steps for easy access. Feel free to use them or copy them..Good hunting to you
