In the period from introduction of the random spawn to now I have chopped a grand total of 260 frostwood boards.
I have chopped in excess of 200k normal and other boards for arrow shafts, potion kegs, furniture and library donations. I think Frostwood is virtually non-existant now.

As Petra said, before random ore/wood spawn changes went in, no. Now? Yes. Although, even before, I am not sure a token that costs $10 US would be comparable in value to 20K frostwood, although some might have been interested in such a trade.
