The FC -1 isn's a problem anymore with all of the gear options and town buffs.


In short, we would be hard pressed to find many other shields of this caliber.

Not really top tier without the only mod that makes non-heph shields desirable. And with a -1.

Top tier would be no neg with reactive. So actually it does infact get a lot better than that, I suppose.

I have many with reactive para ect without the -1 there are alot of prepatch ones alot better I have a few its a nice shield but everyone wants reactive para these days
