Tokuno treasure event still on ?

when i ask the Town criers for news they all tell me that the treasures of Tokuno have returned.

Does that mean that the event is still on and that killing Tokuno mobs there is a chance of dropping a minor artifact?

I thought that the event was over ...

The towncryers are nuts, the event is over.


Only the towncryer in the center of Luna tells about current EM events.
