Title issue resolved!

On the left side of the screen when you post or reply, it shows your name and under it, diff titles and etc. Under my name, my title says "Pets R Us" because I used to tame and sell pets. I no longer tame pets for the purpose of selling them, but I don't know how to remove or change that title of 'Pets R Us". Help!

Click on your name top right, that opens a list. From that list click on 'account details'
That gives you a page where you can change your custom title.

I don't seem to have that box for a custom title, yet I pay $5 a month to have that ability to have a custom title. This is what my page looks like

I have reached out to @Nexus to have him check into that for you. If you are still paying for the Stratics Professional, you should have the banner and the other perks that go with it.

Yeah, I was going to cancel it at one point and found no option to do so, but it's been coming out of my paypal every month.
