Brief description of each faction:
True Britanians: Seeking to hold the throne for the return of Lord British, feeling he is the one and only true ruler of Sosaria
Council Of Mages - Split from TB as they believe that Lord British is no longer fit to rule Sosaria and are seeking a new leader.
Minax - Followers of Minax, who believe she should be placed upon the throne.
Shadow Lords - Followers of Minax who feel she was but a tool, and is not strong enough to actually rule, and call for the return of the Shadowlords to rule Sosaria.
Taking all this in mind, any TB should be opposed to Lord Casca in all ways, finding him to be a false ruler and usuper to the throne that rightfully belongs to LB.
CoM might be willing to follow Casca, but I dont think he is really of the ilk they were seeking, as they were wanting a powerful Mage as ruler.
Minax definitely should be opposed to Casca, as they believe that Minax herself should hold the throne.
SL obviously are only interested in finding the Shadowlords in power and would likely only be looking towards Casca as a tool, if he is corruptable. They may allign themselves with him if he can be used in some way, otherwise they would be 1: Neutral to him as he would be causing strife to the other factions, or 2: Opposed to him as he is sitting in a position they feel belongs to the Shadowlords.
Sounds to me like Casca might should stay out of Fel as there appears to be a knife awaiting him at each turn ...
