Thomas O'Neerlan missing?

I am looking for the toy maker in Trinsic. He is not in the tinkers guild and I did a quick run around to try to find him with no luck. Does anyone know where he is now? Sorry if this has been posted before but I wasn't sure where else to look. Thank you in advance.

I think when the town goes to cowardice he zips off to far away parts. You might have to run around the whole town looking for him (or even farther).

Or you could try to find him in fel if you haven't looked there yet...

I'm on LS as well, and last I saw he was walking around on the water near the bank - paged about it but no response =X

I found him along the southern wall. Wow he has moved a long way. I teleported across the river before I realised I could have walked there. Thank you!
