Not really. That's because it's just a mix of mods. The top one for example has dex and SSI which is mainly for Dexxer chars and the other mods are mainly for mages. The lmc is good for every type of char but I like to get lmc on my suit. I consider lmc a wasted mod on jewels unless it's some uber 9 mod jewel.
The over capped SDI is nice but it's the same again. It's got damage increase which is mostly wasted with a Mage template.
