Not sure it's worse much these days mate, you can easily place towers
Its worth the same as if you demolish it sadly.
Not many PvPers around and most of them only use Yew plots and those doesnt seem to be worth much either.
There is enough room in fel to place many plots around, but maybe you get lucky.
