Thief NPC Guild Fixed

That's right, as of the last patch, you can now join the thief npc guild once again. A few members in my thief guild joined today.

Also, P0O on Atlantic is always recruiting new thieves. So if anyone wants to join the largest thief guild in UO, find one of us on Atlantic.
