Thief Macros in SA Client

I've been trying to figure this out. Here is the steps I am following and someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong:

1.) Snoop backpack.
2.) Double click axe in back pack and select what I want to steal.
3.) Then here is the SA macro:

Use Skill - Stealing
Wait for Target
Cursor Target last

****

Now for some reason it won't steal what I asked, but instead just try to randomly steal from backpack.

I'm just curious what I am doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Nevermind I fixed it. Didnt realize you had to set stealing in the macro to target ---> cursor.
