Are you interested? If so, the rules (guidelines) are simple:

Each week, contestants can enter one fish of any kind, as long as it’s marked with the contestant’s name, date and weight. Points will be awarded based on how many stones the fish weighs. For example, a fish weighing 179 stones will be worth 179 points. Over the course of six weeks, whoever accumulates the most point’s wins!

As we already stated, the Grand Prize for the Tournament is a 120 Fishing Power Scroll. Second Prize is a Britannia Ship and Third Prize is an Orcish Galleon – fully armed with heavy cannons.

There will also be weekly prizes given out each Sunday at the Fish Tales Tavern (41.55’S 44.26’E Trammel). The largest overall fish and the largest rare fish featured during that week will both be eligible. First place winners in each category will win a check for 500k gold. Second place winners will win 250k gold and third place winners will win 100k gold.
*Must be present to win.

In addition, there will be weekly drawings and community fishing events. Contestants can compete for all sorts of prizes so bring your fishermen to the event. Time zones for the festivities are as follows:
6 pm Pacific, 7 pm Mountain, 8 pm Central and 9 pm Eastern.

The Weeks Featured Fish are as follows:

Week One: Sept 18th – Sept 23rd
Rare fish featured this week is the Yellowtail Barracuda

Week Two: Sept 24th – Sept 30th
Rare fish featured this week is the Holy Mackeral

Week Three: Oct 1st – Oct 7th
Rare fish featured this week is the Fire Fish

Week Four: Oct 8th – Oct 14th
Rare fish featured this week is the Autumn Dragonfish

Week Five: Oct 15th – Oct 21st
Rare fish featured this week is the Giant Koi

Final Week: Oct 22nd – Oct 28th
Rare fish featured this week is the Fairy Salmon

The Grand Prize Winner will be announced on Oct 30th at Fish Tales Tavern.

Contestants need to put their biggest fish for the week in the mailbox at Fish Tales Tavern each Friday. That way, the tallier will have Saturday to figure out who won the weekly prizes and what order all the contestants are in when it comes to the Main Tournament.

There will be books ready that break down the weekly points and overall points and hand them out to everybody who shows up at Sunday’s Event. For those who wish to participate, but can’t make it to the Sunday Event, the most current book will be locked down on the tavern steps.
Also, PAS members can check the PAS website for weekly updates.

Late entries can be counted towards the main tournament, but would be exempt from winning one of the weekly prizes. Please limit the fish entered to your "biggest fish caught that week" in general and the "biggest rare fish" you caught during the week it’s featured for a total of two fish per week maximum.

We’ll return all the fish at the end of the tournament. We’ll also mount (for free) the biggest fish caught during the entire 6 week tournament, providing the winner wants it mounted.

So to recap, any fish caught between Sept 18th and October 28th is eligible for the Tournament,
however only one fish per week will be counted.
There are no entry fees.
Gates will be opened at Luna Bank 15 minutes prior to the each weekly event.

*Contestants must be present at the Sunday event to win the weekly prizes.
If a prize winner is not present, the prize will go to the next highest contestant.
