Only one challenge I have with the whole thing:

It states that Santa has "No Significant Properties".

What the &*%$#!!!???

Dude can fly a sleigh...fit down Chimneys...

Deliver millions if not billions of gifts on a single night, by himself!!

Maybe he can't shoot fireballs out of his hands...fine. But he didn't sign up for that! He is obviously not a bad ass Sampire who can tank almost anything in UO...I will give you that...
