i like to jump around from shard to shard and make toons.
at any rate, last few months i have found myself making a bunch of faction tinkers and regular mules.
so i found i was having to GM tinkering 2-3 times a month.
ive got it down to a science now.
the old way i was doing it was the old staple.
clockworks, gears to 60
60-90 lockpicks.
90-GM heating stands.
that was just under 30k in iron and give or take 14 hours.
the new way ive been doing it.
around 6 hours and well under 10k in iron. (9.5 on average)
clockworks, gears to 60
60-90 lockpicks.
90-GM i go into the twisted weld and go into disco then go back to making lockpicks.
i take 3k in iron with me.
the amount of iron and time saved doing it this way makes it far worth the very rare risk of dieing in there to a changling.
thought id pass this along.
