General T-map location bug

I got a bunch of Malas maps from Doom guardians today and when decoding them I came upon this map:


The chest spot in the map is clearly unreachable.
I still have the particular map with that location should the devs need it to track the bug.

Just so you know, it happened again today:


Another level 3 malas map. I read the first map before decoding this one and the result was this map with the pin one or two pixels to the right of the position where it is on the first map.

I have confirmed this issue and submitted a problem report into the system on the matter.
