does dexterity make a differnce when you want your bows to have swing speed? everybow i make turns out to 10 with ash, never more, and i have only 10 dexterity. why is that?

Yes. For an archer you should have a minimum of 150 stam

I think the OP is on about a fletcher, not an archer, as they said when making a bow.
I don't think dex has anything to do with making bows. Are you using a runic fletcher tool or a normal one? You will always only get 10 ssi on a bow when using a normal tool and ash, ash only adds 10 ssi, you need to use a runic to get more.

yes you need a ruinic to get SSI property added when you make a bow.
