super easy way to fix pot thrower scripts

I figured it out easy fix and would kill all pot thowers. put a timer on explosion pots just like conflag pots.would still make pots somewhat important in game and would stop all mis uses of them. only thing they would have to make sure of is that the timer worked for all expolsion pots so scripter ab didnt make one that throw a greater then a normal then a lesser to defeat timer.
