Stealing 9 stone items

Im at 93.6 stealing right now and still cannot loot 9 lb bags.

I am still doing 8 lbs from 86 - 93.6 but , everytime i try to up the bags by 1 stone it says the item is too heavy.

can anyone help me out with this?

Try using empty bottles, they are 1 stone each so 9 should work for your skill level. If you still find you are having issues, find some +stealing jewelry to raise your stealing and see if that helps. You still gain with jewelry on since your gains go against your real skill, not the modified skill.
