Stat scrolls

Yesterday I found some stat scrolls on a vendor ranging from +5 (cheap) to +25(very expensive)
Currently I have a 230 cap. Do the increased caps due to long time uo play keep increasing? Until how much?
Do the scroll caps increases stack with the added stat caps from long time playing?

the +5 bump from playing is a one-time thing.

The scrolls stack with this, up to a maximum of 255 (230+25 scroll)

You get a + 5 stat increase after playing 6 months.

Then all extra stats need to be got with Stats Powerscrolls.
Remember that + 5 Stats scroll + a 10 Stats Powerscroll is NOT 15 Stats more but only 10.

Yea, I know, but ehere can they be found?
Probably champ spawns again?

the +5 thingies were really cheap so I'll get one.
Do you think we could go hunting for those? Not in the near futurre but in a few weeks maybe?

Stats powerscrolls can only be got with killing the Harrower.
