You don't need GM to get last years rares, just the new ones. Nice bonus for those who didn't get to GM yet, Personally I like the webs better than the new grim warning and skulls on a pike.

I fixed that. The small web should be under semi rare because you don't need GM to get it. When I posted that it was still on TC and nobody had reported getting on at less than GM yet. I assumed (incorrectly) that because you needed GM last year for it, you would again this year.
