Enhanced Client Sound goes mute when ~30% HP

When I start to drop below 50% health the sound turns off. I'm surprised I haven't seen anyone else post this.

because there should be the heartbeat sound there, but that sounds are broken and all is going to hell at that point :D

@Punku: is there a way to turn this crap off? with my current issues like freezes and timewarps of seconds it makes it more hard for me to see if i will be instant dead in a sek or if the thing is still running smoth.
