Soulstone and Soulstone Frag Graveyard

Greetings all!

Was wondering if Chessy had a Soulstone or ss frag graveyard?

I heard some shards have those and any lost during IDOCS could be reclaimed.

Let me know if there is on this shard seeing I lost a house and quite a few soulstones and ss frags were in it.

Not with the new IDOC changes - account-bound items, vet rewards, and all stackables are outright deleted without even going into any of the barrels.
