its a really sweet downloadable alarm clock, has an awesome setting that you can click and set for 5,10, or 15 minutes from the current time, just awesome for rot.

Just get your rot then hit the button to reset the alarm, very sweet, can even customise to just beep, or make a loud noise, or play your favorite song.

Already got one, but you are right. A simple kitchen timer is a godsend for not forgetting to get your rot gains.
