I only have my one, but having made many of the items for the Chessie fest, keep in mind, all fest gift bag items are player-crafted, so could be faked with just a little effort - don't overpay. 
Sounds like all you would need to do is have a empty character slot make a toon with the name then transfer crafting skills to it.
